The most versatile machine that is used to grind almost all materials like spices, foodstuffs, chemicals, ayurvedic herbal, minerals and other miscellaneous materials.
The grinding takes place between the high speed swinging hammers and top/side liners.
Once the particles size reduces to that of the perforated screen at the bottom, it will be discharged through the hopper.

The Single stage Spice plant comes with a setup of Single Hammer mill with Cyclone, Pneumatic Conveying system, Rotary Airlock Valve & Open type dust collector with filter bags. In this system we have to coarse grind the material in 1st pass with bigger sieve further changing the sieve we have to repass the coarse into finr grinding for final product to be achieved.
This two Stage spice plant consists of two identical machines we call it a Seami automatic system in which the raw material is inputed in 1st stage hammer mill where the coarse grinding takes place, the material then is discharged through the RALV of 1st stage Spice mill into the screw conveyor which further conveys the coarse material into 2nd Stage Spice mill for further fine grinding. In this you shall achieve fine product in Single Pass itself.
The spice plant comes with Automatic feeding by continuous “Z” Type Bucket Elevator & Screw Conveyors & Pneumatic Conveying system with Reverse pulse jet closed type dust collection unit for complete dust free operation, Hi-Tech scrubber unit for complete Aroma free operation & with All product contact parts in Stainless Steel.

A screenless pulverizer suitable for grinding of turmeric to a fineness of 50 to 70 Mesh BSS. It is done by continuous impact of rotating hammers against grinding liners. The raw material is fed into the rotary feeder from inlet hopper and spills into the grinding chamber. Strong hammering action breaks lumps into small particles. At the same time the Blower sucks the air towards the whizzer classifier.
